東京 6月 Part 5 浅草 & 明治神宮

浅草, Asakusa

Asakusa was our first shrine visit, a nice contrast to the otherwise very urban landscape. A very tourist-y place though ... 

So green! I really loved the garden （*´▽｀*）

After walking the whole afternoon we decided to have dinner at a udon place. Both of us took udon with chicken tenpura, very tasty!

明治神宮, Meiji jingu

Meiji jingu was a bit closer to us so we just took a detour to see the shrine, totally worth it though! 

Unfortunately we didn't have any luck with the weather that day (we only have ourselves to blame though since we knew it was rain season, haha)

Really beautiful! Next time I go I hope I will have some more time to check out the park (*´ω｀*)
